SIV Global Marine Pvt Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified MSME enterprise with a legacy dating back to 2017. With over eight years of experience, we have set high standards in the design and construction of a wide range of vessels crafted from Fiberglass, Steel, Aluminium, and Rubber.
Our product portfolio is extensive and includes Mono Hull Boats, Commercial Crafts, Pump Barges, Jetties, Dumb Barges, Multi Hulls (Catamarans), Rescue Boats, Fast Rescue Crafts, Patrol Boats, Rubber Inflatable Boats, Work Boats, Speed Boats, Dive Boats, and Pleasure Boats. These are delivered to a wide range of government bodies and private organizations across the country.
SIV Global Marine Pvt Ltd. provides complete turnkey solutions – from design and manufacturing to installation – for a variety of marine infrastructure projects. These include the development of water terminals along riverbanks, water sports facilities for tourism departments, and floating water intake systems on lakes, rivers, and reservoirs for thermal power plants, irrigation, and water supply departments.
Our manufacturing operations are supported by two fully-equipped production units located in Mumbai & varanasi. Both Yard yard handles the production of FRP/GRP Aluminium & Steel boats up to 45 meters and Aluminium boats up to 15 meters. Larger Aluminium boats and steel vessels are constructed at our manufacturing facility, which features a highland shipbuilding berth and slipway for vessel launches.
Our yards are equipped with advanced facilities for metalwork, carpentry, and composite fabrication, including enclosed, climate-controlled composite production areas and well-maintained stores. We employ high-quality welding techniques including manual, SMAW, MIG, and TIG welding. All fabrication and assembly is carried out by skilled mechanical fitters under the supervision of national and international classification societies, and state inland water transport authorities, ensuring timely delivery and top-tier quality.
